About Me

Welcome to my guidance counseling services — supporting students from Pre-K through college in achieving academic, personal, and social success.

I am Ellen Williams Stanley, B.S., M.A., a certified School Counselor with over 20 years of experience dedicated to helping students reach their fullest potential. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University.

Throughout my career, I have provided guidance and support in a wide range of areas, including conflict resolution, restorative circles, Section 504 consultation, college admissions, scholarships, and both individual and group counseling. My background also includes experience in social-emotional learning, academic and career planning, and family collaboration to promote student success.

My mission is to empower students and families through compassionate, evidence-based counseling that encourages growth, resilience, and lifelong learning. Whether helping a young child develop social skills or guiding a high school senior through the college application process, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and solution-focused environment for all.
